Young Tashina McKay was severely burned in September, and is in need of skin grafting, medical rehabilitation equipment and therapy once she comes home....
She is a 7 year old girl, residing in Spokane, who has suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns over 70% of her body and will remain in Intensive Care for another two months, at least.

You can help by purchasing an Avon Gund Teddy-Bear (shown above) for $16.99 plus tax. (Total=$18.60 U.S. funds)

This effort to help little Tashina is the brainchild of 5 caring and wonderful people who, while they do not know the little girl personally, have opened up their hearts to coordinate this Bear Campaign
30% of the proceeds from each Bear sold will go to the Tashina McKay Trust Fund for the medical costs for her treatment.

In an effort to give back to the community, purchasers of these Avon Gund Bears can opt to donate their Bear to our local hospital's Children's Intensive Care Units. Each Bear will be distributed personally by Avon Representatives to a child, accompanied with a gift tag bearing the purchasers name.
If you do not wish to donate your Bear, they will be shipped promptly to you (in time for Christmas!), wrapped with much heartfelt thanks for helping Tashina
